Wings S&D

Wings S&D is the server side software which is part of Wings DMS. It helps companies manage the distributors' systems centrally, generates valuable reports from distributors' data and establishes a 2-way communication with the distributors.

Wings S&D is generally customised for each company.

ERP Integration

Wings S&D can be integrated with other ERP systems so that data like Invoices, product masters, distributor masters etc can be imported from the ERP systems.

Central Administration

Wings S&D helps companies manage Wings Trade-based systems with the Distributors. Companies can decide on the amount and type of discipline to impose on Wings Trade with Distributors. Among other things, Wings can do the following.

Products, Price Lists, Promotions etc.

Companies can manage product masters and price lists centrally so that Distributors have no or limited choice in changing them. All changes to product masters and price lists can be distributed from Wings S&D for automatic or manual uploading in Wings Trade.

It is possible for companies to ensure that product masters and price lists are automatically imported and used by Wings Trade.

Companies may choose to manage promotional schemes and loyalty programs centrally. Promotions may be defined for specific categories of distributors or all of them, and distributed centrally. They can be imported into the systems and used by Wings Trade with Distributors.

Companies can also manage Incentives and Commissions to Distributors centrally.

Invoices

Invoices raised on Distributors can automatically be sent to their systems to be automatically imported as their Purchases without their making changes.

Distributor Access

Companies can create identities for individual distributors in Wings S&D along with permissions. With these, Distributors can log into the system. However, their access to, and use of, the system will be limited to their own data which they are permitted to access.

Managerial Hierarchy

Companies may create as many individual identities for every of its manager who should have access to the system, take reports etc.

When created, managers can take reports with regard to sales, secondary sales and other data with regard to their own territories (and not other managers' territories). All reports can be hierarchical.

Data Aggregation

Wings S&D Server aggregates data from distributors generated by Wings Trade. The data can generate critical reports like secondary sales, inventory etc for managers.

Wings Trade generates incremental data since the last upload and stores it in the system of the Distributor. When Distributors log in, the incremental files are automatically uploaded into Wings S&D Server and get aggregated.

Business Intelligence

Wings S&D generates a wealth of Business Intelligence for companies. The volume and quality of analysis empowers managers to manage their distribution chains most effectively. And to strategise and plan their marketing, sales, production functions effectively.
