Asset Life Cycle

Wings Asset helps you track and manage each asset of your organisation through its entire life cycle, whether yours is a business enterprise, a not-for-profit organisation, or a government body. Identify every asset by a unique name or number, assign it to any location and track it till disposed off.

Purchases to Sales

Wings helps you manage the entire sequence of transactions in an asset life cycle - purchases, deliveries, commissioning, sales, scrapping, etc. It even tracks movement of assets between your branches.

Fixed Assets Register

Maintain the complete Fixed Assets Register with all details of each asset. Have a single database of all your organisation's assets. And, ensure compliance with statutory obligations like company law etc.

Asset Database

Include all details of every asset in the asset database. Including: manufacturer, vendor, purchase date, commissioning, purchase cost, warranty details etc. Maintain the entire database, properly classified and grouped (with unlimited levels of grouping) in Tree order.

Assets of all Kinds

Wings allows you to manage assets of all kinds - buildings, plant, machinery, equipment, computer systems, vehicles etc. Whether purchased individually or in bulk.

Identify and Label

You may create individual, unique labels for each asset with such details as you desire. This includes name, location, classification, etc. You can also design labels with the Wings Labels Designer and print the labels on adhesive sheets, plain paper; on laser printers or barcode printers.

Depreciation

Wings can calculate depreciation for accounts or income tax (block of assets), on straight line (SLM) or written down (WDV) methods, or both. Asset figures based on both methods are maintained and carried forward year to year.

Insurance Management

Wings helps you manage insurance cover for each asset. It captures insurance related data including renewal dates. It helps you with renewal information to ensure your assets do not remain uninsured.

Annual Maintenance Management

Wings helps you manage annual maintenance contracts and track renewals in a timely manner to ensure that your assets are not without an AMC cover.

Audit Assets

Wings enables you to easily audit all assets by physical verification and gives you a detailed report of shortages and excesses, by location, for your action.
