Workflow

Wings Auto stores all data of pending transactions and offers them in a sequential transaction. For example, all pending orders are carried forward when you enter delivery notes, pending delivery orders to invoices, pending invoices to collections etc. This helps use the software for operations, reduces errors and increase efficiencies.

You can also set Alerts for events like a customer's limit exceeding, stock going below reorder levels etc.

AMCs

Wings Auto facilitates complete tracking of vehicles under Annual Maintenance Contracts, AMC Membership, AMC Expiry, etc.

Claims

With Wings Auto, you can manage PDI Claims with manufacturer. And Warranty Claims too.

Analysis and Reports

Wings Auto offers many useful reports giving you a deep insight into your business. This includes reports about Vehicle Ageing, Movement, Color wise Stocks, Status, Allotment, Orders, Sales Book, Purchase Book etc. Extensive Sales Analysis and Inventory Reports are also possible.

Reports are fast and can be printed on all kinds of printers, including dot matrix in DOS mode. You can export the reports to MS Excel or email them.
