Restaurant Management

WingsF&B helps you automate all business activities in your restaurant. You can now

Inventory Management

WingsF&B offers complete inventory management across an infinite number of products with detailed master information, grouped and classified in tree form - based on product attributes. Product codes can also be assigned. WingsF&B also covers

• Multiple units of measure and conversion - useful in bars and pubs
• Material-based management of inventory - for production and consumption
• Multiple location of inventory, retailing etc. across warehouses, go downs and outlets
• Keeping track of manufacturing & expiry dates, product and batch transfers, excesses and shortages, reorder management, valuation etc.

 

Workflow

WingsF&B stores all data of pending transaction and offers them in a sequential transaction. For example, all subsequent transaction screens offer pending transactions of the previous item: KOTs - KOTs Cancellation - Table Transfers - Bill Against KOTs - Collections. This helps use the software for operations, reduces error and increases efficiency. You can also set alerts for events like a customer's limit exceeding, stock going below reorder levels etc.

Analysis and Reports

WingsF&B offers many useful reports giving you a deep insight into your business. The analysis and reports have extensive drill down capabilities and can be manipulated to suit your requirements. Reports are fast and can be printed on all kinds of printers, including dot matrix in DOS mode. You can export the reports to MS Excel or email them.
