Wings products integrate with MS Office quite seamlessly, to help you get more out of the software. It also gives you more flexibility in exporting and importing data to and from the software.

With Wings you will be able to:

• Import data such as masters and opening balances and info etc.
• Export data from any report
• Email invoices and documents

Import and Export Data

Wings enables you to import and export data from and to MS Excel instantly.

Import:

• If your data is properly formatted in an Excel file, it can be instantly imported into Wings
• The import data requirements are readily available in Excel files

Export:

• Wings can instantly export any report to Excel and save as an Excel file from the Reports toolbar without any manual intervention
• The Excel file comes in the same format as a Wings report. You may use the Excel file to further work on the data

E-mail

You can email reports, invoices, vouchers, pay slips, etc. using MS Outlook/ Outlook Express. Alternatively, you can also export such documents and reports in Adobe PDF format for emailing.

XPS

Wings allows you to print reports as XPS files.
